I wish to enter the following steers/heifers
in the 2013 Easter Beef Show & Sale and agree to adhere to the requirements
as outlined in the Rules and Regulations covering the Show & Sale. Not more than
three entries are allowed to show from one farmstead or owner; entry may
include any combination of steers and/or heifers as long as total number does
not exceed 3 animals. In addition, one steer or heifer may be entered per 4-H
member.

including 4-H entries (Indicate breed - Note: the breed of the steer is the
breed of the sire. Enter all steers by breed. The following breed classes for
the 2013 Show are Angus, Charolais, Hereford, Limousin, Maine Anjou, Shorthorn
and Simmental with all other breeds to be shown in the Any Other Breed class).

NOTE : Liability Insurance: Exhibitors are required to have proof (a copy is
satisfactory) of off-site liability insurance of $1,000,000.00. This proof of insurance must accompany the
entry form. A $25.00 extra charge per
farm will be collected for entries that do not provide the required proof of
off-site liability insurance on or before December 1st, 2012. The owner of the animals is responsible for
obtaining the insurance. Management has
been informed that this insurance covers individuals employed by the owner to
help with the care and handling of the cattle as well as 4-H members that are
not immediate family members. Confirm this with your insurance
representative. Proof of off-site
liability insurance from your insurance company can be faxed to 902-368-5729
attention Carolyn Wood.
Exhibitors that
do not assist with set up before the Show and clean up and loading of animals
after the Sale will be charged $50.00 per animal exhibited.
